Yo cargué las fotos de mi camera y 10 de las 11 fueron de las montañas. Siento que es una tendencia, jaja. Bueno, la razón que tomé tantas fotos de las montañas fue el tiempo la semana pasada. El jueves hacía muchísimo frio y lluvia/nieve, terrible, como mis botas estaban mojadas y los pies fríos todo el día. Pero, ¡si había estada a mi casa, yo estuviera haber visto mucha nieve! Ver nieve en Santiago esta como ver la en Houston. Es muy raro, pues nadie sabe lo que hacer, además de tomar muchas fotos. (Sylvia me mostró unas tan pronto como regresé a casa.) No me parecía como una extranjera tomando fotos mientras caminando del metro porque todos los chilenos lo estaban haciendo también.

Como he contada antes, el día después de la lluvia siempre es maravilloso. Bueno, tenemos suerte porque los tres días después han sido perfectos. Completamente despejados y calientes. Yo llevé mis Chacos hoy. Qué bueno :)

I uploaded the pictures from my camera and 10 of the last 11 were of the mountains. I sense a trend, haha. Well, the reason I took so many pics of the mountains was the weather last week. Thursday, it was so cold and rainy/snowy, terrible, as in my boots were wet and my feet cold all day. But, if I had been at my house, I would have seen a lot of snow! To see snow in Santiago is like to see it in Houston. It’s very rare, so nobody knows what to do, other than take a lot of pictures. (Sylvia showed me some as soon as I got back.) I didn’t look like a foreigner taking pictures while walking back from the metro because the Chileans were doing it too.

Like I have explained before, the day after rain is always gorgeous. Well, we have been lucky because the three days after have been perfect. Completely clear and warm. I wore my Chacos today. Oh happy day :)
